US Watercraft specializes in the construction of welded aluminum and composite vessels. We are the exclusive licensed builder of SeaArk Marine commercial designs, with models that range from 17 to 100 feet in length. We start with a high-performance hull and customize the layout above and below decks to meet a variety of applications, including fire and rescue, law enforcement, aquaculture, survey, and landing craft for construction and bridge maintenance.

US Watercraft is the commercial boatbuilding division of Waterline Systems, Inc. We have more than 30 years of experience in high-performance vessel construction. We offer new builds and service under one roof, which allows us to support each vessel throughout its lifetime.
Facilities
US Watercraft offers a full range of shipbuilding and repair services from our 75,000 sq. ft. facility. We have 65 acres of waterfront property on the ICW, halfway between New York and Florida. We have travel lift and crane service for launching, and from our docks it is only a few minutes to the open waters of the Atlantic.
Our production crews work in clean, climate-controlled facilities designed specifically for boat building and outfitted with modern equipment and tools of the trade. We have everything needed to build your vessel in-house, from CNC routers and press breaks to a modern carpentry shop. In addition, US Watercraft employs a training program to ensure that each team member meets both industry standards and, more specifically, US Watercraft standards. We continually work to stay at the forefront of boat-building technology and we employ people who take pride in what they do.
